DUG 2012 Final Agenda

Welcome to the registration page for the DataONE Users Group (DUG) 2012 Meeting.

Meeting Overview

The purpose of the meeting is twofold. First, to bring together DataONE stakeholders in order to provide updates on DataONE achievements, products and services. Second, to allow opportunity for the DUG to represent the needs and interests of the community and to provide guidance that facilitates DataONE in achieving its vision and mission.

The DUG is a two day meeting held July 15th and 16th. On Sunday, July 15, we will be focusing on the achievements of DataONE leading up to, and following, public release. The DUG will also hold its annual business meeting. Sunday is open to DUG members only and you can become a DUG member during the meeting registration process.

Activities on Monday, July 16, will focus on ‘Environmental Data Management – the DataONE Way’ and will profile elements of the Data Lifecycle and how DataONE tools and services meet the needs of the community.
